Our "Deliver to Venue" option offers the convenience of having items delivered straight to your home or venue. To ensure everything arrives intact, it's crucial to have a member of the wedding party receive and inspect the delivery, as the venue team isn't able to do so. After the event, it's your responsibility to ensure that all items are carefully checked back to us at the agreed time.

While most items are prepped at our storage facility and brought to the venue ready-made, some items like arches or candy tables may need on-site assembly. We'll work with you to pick the best delivery day - it could be as early as 5 am on the event day or maybe a day or two beforehand. Just remember, deliveries or take-downs outside standard hours (9:00 pm - 9:00 am) carry an additional charge. We'll also schedule a convenient take-down time with you before the event.
