Design, Style & Decorate for You.

Our 'Design & Decorate for You' service offers complete design, delivery, and set-up & take-down services for our couples, for an additional charge. We will travel directly to your venue at a pre-arranged time with all your hire items and set them out, along with any items provided by you (these need to be unwrapped, ready to put out & clearly labelled with a table design plan). The cost is determined by the number of staff required and the expected time, and it is a fixed cost, so there are no extra charges if it takes longer than expected. The delivery charge is based on a per-mile cost from our storage location for a return journey.
We can dress the entire venue or only do a few items, depending on your preference. Most items are prepared at the storage facility during the week and transported to the venue ready-made. However, some items, such as arches, fresh flowers, and sashes, need to be made or constructed on-site. We
will coordinate with your venue to determine the best setup day, which could be the day of the wedding/event or a day or two before. Additionally, we will arrange a suitable time for take down with the venue, and the charge depends on the time agreed upon.
